Dining Rooms / Custom Millwork The dining room built-ins were supposed to be a showpiece, but the finish was blotchy and uneven. It looked like an amateur DIY project instead of high-end custom millwork. When I complained, they offered to ‘touch up’ instead of redoing it properly.

Custom Cabinetry My cabinets looked nice on the surface, but within months, doors began sagging and the finish started peeling. AK Custom Millwork dismissed my concerns and refused to honor their warranty. I feel like I paid premium prices for substandard work.

Architectural Millwork The millwork I received looked rushed and uneven. Corners didn’t align properly, and some pieces were clearly not measured correctly. I had to hire a second carpenter to redo sections that should have been perfect from the start. Definitely not the craftsmanship I was promised.

Custom Home Builder I regret hiring AK Custom Millwork for my new build. Their timeline kept slipping—what was supposed to be an 8-month project dragged on for over a year. Communication was poor, and I often felt left in the dark about progress. For the money I spent, I expected professionalism and better project management.

If you are looking for a craftsman who you can trust to treat your project like it was their own you need to work with Ahmet. I usually don’t pay for work around the house but with the need for a professional to ensure our new kitchen investment was everything we dreamed of we were blessed to have Ahmet as our installer.
