We definitely recommend AK Counseling Services! Our marriage is stronger than ever since we started seeing Alice. We can have conversations that are meaningful and don’t end up turning into a fight. It wasn’t easy at first, but Alice gave us the skills to make it happen. The only thing is, she does not accept insurance and we don’t have out of network services.

I was having a difficult time moving on after ending an unhealthy, 5 year, on-and-off relationship. With numerous previous failed attempts to stay broken up, I didn’t know how to stop myself from getting sucked back into it. Alice helped me understand why I kept going back and gave me the insight and skills I needed to end the negative cycle.

I sought counseling because I was stuck. I was isolating myself to avoid having panic attacks (which happened a lot!). I contacted Alice and explained how much anxiety I had and how it was affecting my life. She was very understanding and recommended EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy.
