This company by far has been the worst ABA agency I have ever worked for. The owner is unethical, unprofessional and has no care for the employees and clients. For starters, he does not pay rent at any of his offices which has resulted in eviction and closure of one office. His corporate office is going down the same road. He refuses to provide his employees with materials needed for the clients which has led employees having to buy supplies. Literally the most unprofessional place to have your kids. The owner is only there for the money, there’s never therapists because they all quit meaning management is awful. If you want your kids to be at a place that’s no reliable this is it. If you’re looking for applying, good luck. They don’t like paying you on your due date. Overworked, don’t pay overtime even if you work 50 hours a week and no breaks!
When I first started here I was in love, however with time I started feeling less important and overwhelmed. The staff were lovely, however flexibility was not so much. Working without breaks, needing a doctors note for 1 excused day, denied PTO that you welled earn just because they are short staffed even if you requested a month in advance. I absolutely love this clinic, my son has been going here now for a few years! Their team and staff are absolutely always a delight! If you have questions or concerns they are always there to assist. They make you feel more than a patient they make my son feel loved and special he even has handshakes with his therapist!!! My son looks forward to going to therapy each day and that says a lot about how wonderful the staff truly is. I don’t think I could ask for a better aba clinic for my son!
