It’s a pleasure dealing with the staff. I had a generator installed and didn’t know I could have had my hot water tank also install by AK. Charges for the Generator’s annual maintenance, I feel, are too high.
The technician Noah was very respectful, knew what he was doing with our whole house generator, and very efficient.
Professional work at a reasonable price. Their system of confirming appointments, notifying when someone is on their way, billing, and accessing records is excellent. We had a service upgrade, car charger install, and a few other things fixed and the electricians were prompt, quick, tidied up afterwards, and we're pleasant. We have also had air conditioning work done at 2 houses and that went well, too.
Noah did all of our work on our tankless hot water heater and upkeep on our heating system. He was professional worked in a timely manner and very friendly and I'd be more than pleased if he came back to do my work all the time.
