i rent one of their apartments, and the choice they made for the management of the property(THE FLORENTINE) is questionable seeing as how they do nothing. for example someone is lighting fireworks off in the main courtyard of my building, and i wouldn't mind if it was kids doing it but as in most cases it's an adult who may or may not be mentally incompetent. i say that because the lighting of fireworks has lasted for hours on end(seriously hours upon hours) and the management is ok with this behavior and the neighbors as we... read more
