In the past we had enjoyed going to Ajuua's in Niwot. But, recently we had a horrible experience. We had an issue and tried to work it out with the manager. He never came out and told the server to tell us that everything would be okay. After 15 minutes of the staff ignoring us, they informed us that there's nothing they can do. Good food, not-so-great service – I dined at the Niwot location last night. The food was delicious (and plentiful!) but I was disappointed with our service. We came in with a coupon that excluded alcohol, which was fine — we were prepared to pay for that separately. However, because we were using a coupon, the manager refused to give us the happy hour pricing on our drinks.
