Excellent experience on all fronts! Caitlin & Suzanne in the office were amazing to work with. Our quote was provided the same day we reached out for pricing; they were extremely fast and thorough. On the day of install, Derek & Randy couldn't have been any greater. They arrived right on-time, kept us posted during the install, and made sure the granite post was straight & level. AJT did a great job installing our mailbox post and lantern post with lantern! They have golden wheat granite posts that match our house color better than the usual gray granite posts. Caitlin was great to work with! Had a small issue with the mailbox post cap but Caitlin and Albert were responsive and were willing to switch it out to make us happy! Great Job! Unfortunately AJT did not meet our expectations with a bounce house rental for my son’s birthday. It was a Minecraft birthday so we thought the all black bounce house would be perfect. Was told 10, 5 year olds could definitely bounce at once in this. Upon receiving and setting up - thankfully a day before the party- it became clear just our own two kids couldn’t even really bounce as it sagged when stepped/ jumped on. They did it again! Just received a cord of fire wood (paid extra for kiln dried). Thought it was a little odd that the wood was covered in dirt and wood chips (did they put all of that in the kiln). But stacked it and was looking forward to a fire when I came in from the cold. Immediately starts to hiss and moisture starts to bubble from the sides of the wood.
