It's been nearly 3 weeks and I still have not received my embroidery order. I received a text initially that my order was ready. When I went to pick it up, four labcoats were missing. After searching in the back for them for several minutes, I was told they take longer to do and would be ready the following week. When I called to follow-up the next week, my order was then apparently lost and I was told I must have the name of my employer wrong. Dr Kane, unfortunately offering my apologies at this point, is not going to make you feel any better. Not a very pleasant experience. I researched the situation, and I see there was a disconnect with the coats that were available and the ones being ordered from our manufacturer. This is a very busy and full of challenges time for us (and for all), trying to maintain a "virus free" environment inside the store, while keeping our service up to expectations... but this is not an excuse for failing our commitment to you. I’m not one to leave a comment but after my visit today I am disappointed in this company. I walked in as a health professional looking for uniforms and was shocked when they asked to hold my bag as if I was a thief. I can safely say that I will no longer bring my business here.
