I rented a commercial unit in north Naples from ajs realty years ago. Dawn is the most unorganized and unprofessional person to deal with. I sold my business 2 years ago and the lease was transferred to the new owner. Before the sale of the business it was agreed that the air conditioner would be replaced by AJS. AJS denied they ever agreed to this and left myself and the new owner in a terrible position with a horribly mismanaged and neglected property. Would never do business with them. Left numerous voicemails and got no response. Lisa, one of their reps, was also very rude and had an attitude over the phone
