Zero stars for this company. Like Katherine Lechner we had a Clayton Homes house installed with the heat pump. As soon as the heat outside was getting up there the AC would not start up. At first they said they had to order some parts and would get back with us. I was patient for a month, trying to call them and no answer. I called Clayton Homes for help with it.
