Awful communication. I placed an order for my son on 12/11/24 in which they had no problem taking my money. Never received the impression kit until late January/early February, we immediately returned it and they received it 2/3/25 per UPS. We did not get the insoles until 5/10/25. All the while, we had unreturned voice mails and emails. No explanation as to why it took almost 6 months to receive the insoles and no refund for the horrible experience. I will never use this company again.
