Highly recommended! My stylist has years of experience in Japan, so the service and technique are always consistently great. They take the time to cut my hair based on my hair type and head shape. Plus, knowing they use Japanese products for color and highlights gives me total peace of mind. I always get a short cut, and I love how well it holds its shape even as it grows out. So glad I found this place!

Went here for a haircut last year. Waited a while to write a review and I see others had similar experiences. I chose medium length haircut and when it was time to pay. She added $5 dollars for texturizing in the back. I never had this happen before, especially if this price range of salons. I do not have difficult or curly hair. She even said how much she liked my hair cause it’s so straight and easy to manage. And I also tipped. Sigh The cut was not good. I had paid the same/ less for a much bette cut and experience. I had the most incredible haircut and color at AJOJ HAIR. Asami and Nanako was super pleasant and attentive during the haircut and finished with styling it. Asami was so gentle, soft-spoken, and professional throughout the whole appointment. She seriously did such a good job on my haircut. This was my very first haircut with a Japanese stylist, and I’m so glad Nanako was the one who did it! She’s incredibly kind, patient, and really listens. I explained what I wanted, but halfway through I suddenly decided to go a bit shorter than we’d originally planned. She didn’t mind at all and calmly redid the base cut without any fuss. I’ve been coming to Ajoj Hair for over a year now, and I can’t recommend it enough. Asami is incredibly kind, patient, and truly takes the time to listen to what I want. She is so detail-oriented, and I always leave looking great, I get so many compliments from friends and family! The entire experience is always relaxed, professional, and caring. I walked out today absolutely loving my hair and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
