I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this hair salon. When I tried to use a coupon, the staff told me it was “women only.” No further explanation—just that. It felt extremely sexist and discriminatory. We’re in Canada, and this kind of gender-based policy should not be acceptable. Asami was very friendly and accommodated my request to not straighten my hair during blow-drying. I'm very happy with my haircut and would recommend her services. The store entrance is beside Heisei Mart and she accepts credit and cash.

Great haircut experience. I like to leave a haircut without feeling like I actually had a haircut. She did exactly what I asked. I also have lots of broken hair and split ends from dyeing it myself at home, I did the split ends treatment. The price is very good and she listened to what I needed. I also like a dry hair cut first and then wash and style which not everyone likes to do! I will be coming back 😀
