Great experience with AJO. We used them for a basement excavation and structural retrofit. Professional, prompt, high quality, no cost surprises (hit the initial project budget spot on). Deep experience with SF historic homes and city permits. Highly recommend working with them!
We live in an 1889 Victorian with an enclosed porch that was starting to separate from the house as the foundation was almost nonexistent. Just completed a second story deck that included installation of a new door and outdoor stairs. It came out great and working with Giuseppe and the AJO team exceeded all expectations. Super responsive, very professional and accountable. Drawings were great, they knew how to navigate the city permitting and quality of construction was efficient and high quality.
