Buyers and sellers, stay away from this person. He is not good at local market. He sells a property for my neighbor for 515k and it has not sold for almost a year. He took “buyers” to lowball me at 400k for a similar house I am listing with my agent. Details are attached as pictures. Contact me for more information. Also Remax is a chain store who really dont care about their reputation. Their managing broker Andy Walker also has lower standard for his group members.
