When u come in they gonna put u to the docks just to be waiting and check in by phone call. But small cars parked alongside of docks besides there are lots of empty spaces in parking lot give us a hard time.
Deep gouges from forklift, it’s worse when load was removed. Now we have to deal with insurance. Avoid at all costs.
Come on driver’s just boycott this location they will make service’s better otherwise good for reset if you are here for pick up! Really deserve 0 stars
Worse place to pick up, who ever give 5 stars is false and may be the shipper agent. They not care about driver time . Very disorganized after waiting for 2 and half hrs for door then wait again
