“I would strongly advise against using this company. If I could give less than one star, I certainly would. The management is poor, the service is unprofessional, delays are frequent, the facility is cramped and disorganized, and there is no respect for scheduled appointments
Pulled to be parked, waiting on dock. 15 minutes later, another truck pulls in. Waits ten minutes and they get called to dock. Yup, still sitting, waiting. We WERE NOT LATR!! If you are gonna have soecific APPT TIMES, then OBIDE by them. We have a click, you don't!! Black listed, for future bookings. I ain't got time to waste...

They are very irresponsible, they make appointments to charge, and they do not comply, they are very lazy, disorganized to work, there is no administration
When u come in they gonna put u to the docks just to be waiting and check in by phone call. But small cars parked alongside of docks besides there are lots of empty spaces in parking lot give us a hard time.
