I was worried after reading the reviews. But I was in a dock right away. Guys don't come all at once (in the morning) come around noon and you'll get a door more easily. It's not so bad. I've been in worse places. Park on the street or at Braums and walk over to check in. That way you don't drag the trailer damaging tires. And when you're done, they'll just put signed bills in the back of the trailer. Don't expect a call. They only call to let you know which door you're going but they won't let you know when you're done. Wat... read more

Worst company ever Do not pick load from here !
Worse place ever absolutely zero room and a million trucks coming and going. I had to blindside from the street and then blindside into a dock. Shipping staff not friendly. Will never come here again.
