Very cruel & unethical. As Medical Director at an Atrium Health clinic, she conducted neuro exam on me when I was very ill with abnormal neurological signs. Several of my family members & my PCP Dr. Suima Aryal were present as witnesses. Dr. Aryal falsified the medical record to leave out my report of allodynia & falsified the medical record to say that all my "neuro exams were except" I fell to the right.
