Planted a rye hybrid grass seed! Charged an exorbitant amount! Almost 3000.00 for seeding, tilling and burning of old grass and weeds! He did do a good job on sprinkler but even then, he charged quite a bit (close to 3,500.00). Will not honor his word! He promised to have a full year warrantee, but reneged on it! Extremely over priced and is not a man of his word!!!!
