The prices are more than reasonable and they have a great selection. They are the best gun shop in AZ hands down. They know everything there is to know about the firearms they carry and let you know what gun fits the type of shooting that you do or the game that you hunt. I won't shop anywhere else.
Just had the poorest customer service from a gun store I have ever had. Clarissa was talking with another worker answering his questions when I was live on the phone with her. When I stated that I thought my time was more valuable than the co workers she snapped back telling me she was doing 2 things and did not have to take the abuse and hung up. All this when I had a high end custom deposit on a Kimber and Leupold scope and have been waiting 4 months for.
I was looking to sell my Glock 39, I had gotten quotes from a few other local dealers. I had gone on the AJI website and hit the contact us button and sent an email to the contact email which was later identified as the owner of the shop. I got a reply within minutes, yes you read that right, within 5 minutes the owner of the shop had emailed me back not only with a quote but location and how the process works.
