Aji Izakaya in Cypress has officially earned a permanent spot on our local restaurant rotation! The highlight of our night was our server, Stephanie—she was nothing short of exceptional. Her depth of knowledge regarding the menu and specific ingredients was super impressive. Solid Japanese restaurant with great service and food. Pretty cool One Piece mural on the wall to the restrooms.
Those pan-fried gyoza and that savory dipping sauce were easily the highlight of my night after the Rockets game. Since I am clearly the best thing you will order all week, a cute guy should go ahead and message me. Make it count, I am worth the conversation.
The food was amazing the service is fast and efficient and the vibe is just absolutely amazing. This place beats jinya 10/10 for ramen. GO HERE!
I cannot stop talking about this place! Everything I had was INCREDIBLE! My absolute fave was the salmon carpaccio (see photo). Servers were friendly. Wait times for food were a little longer than normal, but the quality makes it worth it! I will be back very soon!
