They have a jerk answering the phone. Very condescending. First time homeowner here trying to figure out roofing issue so I am making calls for service. As I am attempting to explain what I am trying to service he tells me, "You called me." Huh? Very impatient and belittling. Needless to say, I ended the call and was not doing business with someone who does not offer basic level customer service. Would not recommend these people based on that brief interaction. I came across AJC roofing from a google search and after talking with Rich decided to take a chance. I was not disappointed. He gave me a thorough explanation up front, he was candid and honest throughout the process and stuck to his price and schedule. I would recommend him and AJC roofing to anyone looking for help with their roof. Honorable to a "T". I will use their services any time I need roofing.
