Dr. Umerani is a wonderful, very caring and thorough doctor.
No response from the nurses after 5 calls and leaving 2 messages. The receptionist Roxanne, was less than helpful and not friendly, and no sense of empathy for a delicate family crisis. If you need something in a timely manner, it's not going to happen with this team. I will be happy to speak with the office mgr. Do they have a name? Hopefully I will be directed to that person instead of leaving a message where I get no follow up call. Yes, I'll call and speak to them when you open again tomorrow.
Good service and very friendly staff. Recommend highly!
