I have came in twice to see this doctor, I have felt very dismissed both times. I mentioned several symptoms and thoughts on what is happening, the only thing he seemed to focus on was "joint issues".. which I specifically said was not an issue, several times. I would again go over symptoms I am actually experiencing and go back again to joints. I read the after care clinical notes and they are also just as dismissive and not what was being said. First thing Dr. Ajay Wanchu told me when I got there is “I believe your pain” and I have never felt so hear before by a doctor. He stayed with me in the room for at least 45 minutes just listening to all of my concerns and we are trying to figure out how to help my pain. But so far I’m already on a pain medication and am taking pain shots.
Highly recommend, the whole team is very efficiant and experienced.
Dr. Wanchu is so kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. The first thing he did was validate that my symptoms were real. How incredible is that? He really listens and cares about his patients. The office is also very efficient and tends to run on time. Cannot recommend enough.
