Less than 1 star. Do not schedule here. Worst office I've ever been to. They rushed us in, tried to tell us we had hundreds of dollars worth of work that needed to be done and were in a rush to schedule it all. Felt like they were trying to scam us. Turns out after a second opinion, the scam hunch was real. There isn't any work to be done. Thankful I was skeptical about their performance. This was an amazing appointment. I felt super comfortable, heard and reassured. They are willing to do anything in their power to work with you and are so professional! I wish I had found a dentist like this years ago.
Office staff is always friendly and welcoming. Waiting room is comfortable and clean. My Dental hygienist is great! Friendly, professional and thorough.
I had a tooth pain, and I was attended next day, they also help me with the financing, very professional and polite environment.
The front desk staff forgot to order my antibiotics and gave me a hard time for calling them on it, then pushed my appointment back. Then I come to find out that Dr Mehta isn't even in the office and is on medical leave. Poor communication and a crappy "not my problem" attitude from the girl at the front desk.
