I have been calling this doctors office for an hours. No one is picking up, they want to charge you $50 for canceling and don’t pick up the phone. OMG, this is ridiculous.
Dr. Hira saw me quickly, and took me seriously. He and his team were thoughtful and prompt in their recommendations. Highly recommend his services.
Same experience as Parin, I was 5-6 minutes late and they refused to see me upon Dr Hira‘s strict guidance. Just a week ago, he had cancelled my appointment last minute because of a personal matter. It was very inconvenient for me as I had planned my schedule around this appointment, but I understood as things can come up. On the other hand, no understanding on Dr Hira‘s end for patients who can get stuck in Bay area traffic.
Dr Ajay Hira canceled my appointment because i was 7mins late. I wasted two hours of my time driving here and back home. Highly discourage not wasting your time
