Mohammed Lebbe is not responsive or helpful. The car I bought had an issue with the chrome parts, which I brought in to fix (along with some other minor issues). They said they would order parts to replace it because they couldn’t fix the issue. Now they’ve ghosted me for a couple months and it was their error! Every time I follow up, Mohammed doesn’t answer or texts me he’ll get back to me and never does. Terrible customer service.
I had to take my son’s car to a local Nissan to have small repair done. Tuesday Aug 5/25. I had called unannounced, explained I was coming out of town, they were very accommodating at the service desk and even assisted with getting the spare FOB key setup with a new battery. This isn’t my default dealer, as I am in the Clarington area, but it was nice to experience great service and helpful staff whom I felt went beyond my expectations. Even the sales guys were helpful!
