We all have perceptions about auto dealerships...I am sure even the employees at the dealerships share those perceptions. In my 55 years, I have not come across a business that is as fully stocked on integrity until I met Ajax Mazda. My entire professional career has been in a customer facing role and all people want is to be treated fairly and with respect. From the first when dealing with Sebastian in sales to the last encounter dealing with Bilal in financing i must say it was a good one. Usually I would ensure I applaud good customer service because its rare to find most times. I must especially give special shout out to Bilal as there was a bit of a hiccup in financing but his demeanor is what made the final experience the best. We love our new purchase!
