Dr. Warsame is an awesome doctor. She listens to your concerns and does not rush you. She is a fantastic family doctor.
Dr. Warsame is very thorough and thoughtful. She is kind and compassionate. The best doctor I have had. Although the wait to see her is long, it still is worth it because she will pay attention to you and ensure you are looked after. That is the reason the wait time is long as everyone wants to see her only.
I appreciate a doctor that listens to my concerns; Dr. Warsame has been empathetic and supportive every time I've attended her office. I've been a patient for several years, and truly appreciate the level of care.
Yes the wait times are long. That is not the fault of staff but of a health care system that is under incredible pressure. If possible, try to take this into account when visiting a medical clinic. I would like to commend the Ajax Family Practice and Walk-In-Clinic reception staff for maintaining a professional, courteous, calm attitude in the face of relentless questioning and almost badgering, by walk-in patients who were told that the clinic was full.
