I had a really disappointing experience. My cousin’s wedding appointment was changed last minute, and we were counting on this salon for her hair. They didn’t accommodate the urgency or help us out in any way. It felt unprofessional, and we ended up scrambling elsewhere. I wouldn’t trust them again for such important occasions.

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I booked my appointment three weeks in advance and paid a deposit to secure my spot, trusting that I would be taken care of professionally. Less than 24 hours before my appointment, I reached out to reconfirm, only to be told that my slot had been given to someone else. No prior notice, no respect for my time, and no attempt to fix the situation. What makes this even worse is that my wedding is the next day, and this appointment was incredibly important to me. I love going to this salon. I know when I walk in that I will walk out happy with my hair, which is such a good feeling. The first couple of times I went in the stylist were very kind and did a great job with the cut. I had a bob at the time and both times they did a great job trimming it down to the perfect length.
