Rude and unprofessional. Had a conversation on Zillow about viewing a property and I wasn’t told that I was speaking with a member of his team and not him. Waited for 15 minutes at the property before we gave a call to the number that was listed on the sign in the front yard and he answered only to rudely inform me that I should have called him directly and his team hadn’t told him that he had an appointment.
