We started looking for a hot tub last fall and they were very helpful in answering our questions and spending time showing us all the options and models when we went into the showroom. this story started on January 26, 2020 when we walked into AJ Spa to check things out. Check us out, we walked out ordering a Sundance hot tub and Covana... But, now we needed a home for the new hot tub and electric... we had approximately 6 weeks to get set up and then March 20th happened. I bought a spa from AJ in 1998. It is a Sundance and is still going strong. Has it needed an occasional repair? Yes, as they all do but Greg at AJ told me what to do over the phone and saved me the cost of repairs. The customer service is incredibly good. I wish I had the money now to replace my tub but at 20 years old it's still working fine, thanks to AJ's product support. One thing when you buy a tub, you want after purchase support and AJ will give you that. It's what makes people return to them and what makes me recomme... read more

Just purchased my brand new hot tub last week had it delivered on Friday and set up last night, had a little issue called them right up and they came right out and fixed it!! They are amazing!! So happy with our new hot tub!! Everybody we have dealt with has gone above and beyond to help us!! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Just got an old non working vita hot tub. Found these guys, i could not be happier. Went to thier shop for 5 days straight to get all of the parts needed (manifolds, heating element, motherboard ect.). They were extremely helpful and understanding of my limited knowledge and took the time to explain everything from trouble shooting, to chemical balance. They treated me as if i bought a 10k hot tub in cash. HUGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL SPA NEEDS. (Ps tub works great)
