This place is great. I've had issues with other storage companies and this company has been the most reasonable best customer service Storage Company I've ever dealt with. I booked and paid for a unit and last minute needed to upsize that unit. They did not have any units available. They were courteous polite and helpful. They refunded my money in full and made sure that I received my refund. I really wish that they had units available the size that I needed or I would have get my belongings at this storage. I’ve used AJ storage twice now and would highly recommend there units and rates!
Storage unit was great, place is clean and easy to access. Unit layout was convenient and great overall service. Would recommend 100%.
STAY AWAY!! This place does not deserve your business. The owner is incredibly rude and entitled and does not know how to treat his customers (or employees) properly. I hope he learns.
