Very disappointed! I so wanted to do business and support businesses in my own community. My first appointment started off wrong. I scheduled a 10am Saturday service call. installer arrived after 12pm. It's been 2 weeks since the repairmen has been to my home, and with each visit I'm told I need a new part for my furnace.
