When it came back to receiving my full deposit I was charged for items that were previously already not there or messed up when I received the property. I am not happy with the end result. I've emailed them over a week ago and still no response

I PCS’d to Ft. Hood and within a week I was able to find the perfect rental property because of the staff at this property management company. They were super helpful and able to accommodate a quick move into one of their properties. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and willing to work with your current situation (especially if you are a member of the armed services!) I am grateful to the staff here and would absolutely recommend their services to ANYONE!
