We had this cleaning service for over a year and every single time there were entire thing missed that were on their policy that they clean. On top of what they did clean would sill be dirty. Kitchen floors not swept good, toilet and bathtubs missed, doesn’t move the bottles in the shower just wiped around them, an entire bathroom missed, would give us a cleaning time and then just show up an hour and half early with no notice or then showed up late.
