Will never hire again . I called for service for seeing water droplets under the toilet, so called, made the appointment , was not informed there will be service charge I chose not to do the job! I refused to do the job, because to replace the gasket undet the toilet they wanted 945.00 other two options were even much more. AJ Perry installed a complete system for us possibly for 13 years ago having issues with it now they want to install another complete system. I will no longer be affiliating myself with AJ Perry very unhappy that not trying to fix it. That’s just replaced new system.! I did reach out to another heating and cooling and the system does not need to be replaced and the pricing for the repairs is a quarter of the price at AJ Perry wanted to moving forward. I will deal with Sams heating and cooling.
