This outfit was hired to replace the roof on my apartment building. Because they could not figure out a weather forecast nor could they make tarps work, I ended up with dripping water all throughout my apartment. When they arrived, they didn't do much except talk my ear off about their client (the apartment complex). They were confident that it was going to stop and be ok.
