I have been patronizing this establishment for over 5 yrs. In the beginning the service was great. However, my last 3 visits have been disappointing. I had a No Chip Mani and Pedi 3 weeks ago. I went in today to have it removed they charged me $10 for removal. The technician a He-She was real extra and didn't want me to inquire about the process he was using with the drill. Went into this place to have my nails taken off an a full set replaced. Well let me tell you. They charged me ahead of time which was fine. Buttt the tech who was doing my nails was not good. Everyone knows you have to soak the nails so they come off easily. She says no soak it be ok. No it was not at all ok. I told her ouch this hurts. She shrugged her shoulders. Had a chrome nochip for a special occasion and splurged ($50). Same day my nails were damaged. Went back the next day where they added more layers for a quick fix rather than fixing. (Multiple layers of no chip on top of no chip and tons of uv lamp) The next day again they were peeling. I called and told the owner that I didnt have time to come in a 3rd time for nails that are supposed to last a minimum of of 2 weeks. He told me to come in and have it fixed in a few weeks.
