I had the worst experience at this salon last week. I used to love going there for simple manicures and pedicures, but this last visit was awful. The environment felt incredibly hostile, and I ended up leaving in tears with my nails only halfway done. It started when another technician began scolding my nail tech in a language other than English, and the situation quickly escalated from there.
