I was in the process of buying a home and was referred to Artie for my home inspection. What a breath of fresh air Artie was. So professional and thorough through the entire process. He caught a major issue in the house I was purchasing and saved me a good amount of money by being able to negotiate the problem with the sellers. He is honest and it was wonderful to work with him. I contacted Artie for my home inspection and was really happy with his service. This is my first home, and he gave me a very detailed report. He inspected everything; major and minor, I received an analysis of the condition of the appliances, electrical outlets, cracks in tiles, etc. I was very happy with it!
Amazing inspector....I wanted to purchase a home not knowing if i should just skip the inspection, however since i already used Artie for prior inspection i thought i would do it again. Just like the last inspection he was EXTEREMLY through and alerted me to foundation and roof problem with home! With the foundation i would have never known myself to look for. I highly, highly recommend him for any purchase knowing this is the largest investment you make.

Talk about thorough! Artie didn't just look at the roof, he climbed up and walked on it. He checked everything thoroughly. He sent my brother his report that night. My brother was thrilled.
