EXTREMELY HELPFUL
As a high myopic, I am very selective about who deals with my vision. After a bad experience with my previous physician, I found Kew Gardens Optical in my area. Dr. Johnson is truly passionate about what she does. She went into all of my avenues while keeping my preferences into consideration. I did not feel pressured but instead educated on what options I had. The staff is very inclusive as well and I felt deeply cared for by them all.
Excellent customer service! The good stuff is that they don’t OVERBOOK, so they are always on time! The staff, Josefa, Valerie & Alberto are excellent and very courteous. I have been coming to this facility for more than 10 years. I feel like I am part of the family! doctor Johnson is very professional, precise, humble and sweet. The office had a a variety of frame collections and it is clean!!
I absolutely love this place. They have a great staff. Friendly, knowledgeable and always welcoming to visitors. The glasses are nice they have a wide variety. If you want a really good deal this is the place to go. Super understanding about what you’re looking for and the style you’re going for. Even the glasses that insurance companies cover are stylish too. I would recommend this place to anyone for their glasses needa and eye exams also.
