Although the optometrist was cordial and friendly the salesperson and owners are greedy, my wife was charged almost $500, because she was “out of network “ for any insurance coverage. But instead of being informed of this when she shopped for the glasses, upon pick up of her glasses we were informed she was charged an additional 200 dollars or so for the out of network scam they run.
I am actually here now Dr.is very obnoxious! I asked that same short lady in the front about getting a copy of hippa document she said I can't get it lol . I work in the field legally i must get a copy!She kept on speaking in spanish with her coworkers. I did college Spanish so I understood basic and I tell you I gave her back the attitude. Excelente services. My glasses were ready on time. Every time I go there I feel the staff is giving me a personal services. Also, Dr. Johnson is a very professional provider. She explained the importance to do an eye exam every year.
