Called A&J on a friday night, I did not leave a message, however Anthony sent a text, asking if I needed garage services? I stated yes, he said someone can be over first thing, just give him a call in the morning, very personable, professional and prompt! Sat AM, Called Anthony, sent my address and service tech Ed, was at my place in 15min. analyzed the situation and repairs, he left then to get parts and finish another call he had and he would be back. within 2hrs Ed returned, did the service repairs and new parts, an... read more
FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! Just went out to my garage to find the spring on the door was broken. Both cars were trapped in the garage. Did a quick google search on our neighborhood website and found A & J. Within ONE hour of making the call, A & J was at my house and completed the repair!!! Very courteous, fast and reasonable. Could not be more pleased. We will call them again. We highly recommend A & J!!!!!!!!!!!Â
Well after reading such glowing reviews we contacted Anthony and had several phone calls back and forth. Thought our door was ordered, then received a message from him that his check had bounced and he needed to reorder. After not hearing anything more for over a week I called only to hear a voicemail saying he’s “out of the office until March 23” (it’s November now)! Don’t waste your time.Â
