Entire staff was very helpful and professional. From initial contact with Randy, Kim, and Ernest to completion of the paperwork with Norbert, all went smoothly and that makes for a very satisfied customer.
Harley and Kim were great to work with on our purchase and went out of their way to accommodate my schedule for service when it was time for my first oil change.
My experience was great! Norm and Mr Norbert were excellent! They guided me every step of the way and answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!
I'm not going to suggest not buying a vehicle from here but I personally am no longer in anything they offer after my recent visit. I'm not going to call out any one individual here because it's seems from an outside perspective the entire framework, from sales person (s) being knowledgeable to the type of information that really needs to be shared/discussed prior to inviting said buyer on an 35 min drive only to have info revealed to them that was available during the initial few phone calls , to "financial manager" who ign... read more
