I initially called and provided my information to request an estimate for mold remediation. I received a call back the same day and was able to schedule a time for an assessment. However, on the scheduled date, the technician did not show up and did not call to explain or reschedule.I followed up multiple times afterward, but I have not received any response or explanation.
