They have a poor reputation for good reason. Not easy to deal with and you may never get your security deposit back. I had to go after them months later. I even assigned my apartment to a friend so they had zero reason to keep it. Then despite living there many years they will deduct fees for holding it, super unethical but wasn’t worth suing. i'm a few years late in posting my review of AJ clarke. honestly, it's for the better as i'm now living in an apartment complex owned by a different company that is much, much less proactive, responsible, and helpful than AJ Clarke. we always had a great super onsite who was available and communicative, it was easy to be able to get stuff fixed, and if there were ever any issues with the unit, it was quick and easy to get it addressed.
I have had AJ Clarke as my management company at 214 mulberry for almost 10 years. They are very professional, immediate response time and have excellent people working for them. Robert Gordon has been excellent to work with and all of the team there.
