I’ve been renting with this management company for over 5 years and have had a very positive experience. Whenever I’ve had an issue or concern, it has always been addressed and resolved quickly. Robert Gordon has also been very helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. I appreciate the consistent communication and reliable service over the years.

Non-responsive. Have asked for bathroom ventilation and ceiling repair for more than 3 months. Multiple service requests and phone calls have been ignored. Had to call 311 for help. The property managers would only reply emails when I copy their VP on it.

Fair and respectful property managers who kept their word and were easy to work with on leasing. They were also very responsive to maintenance requests or other issues. I recommend working with Robert Gordon.

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with Demir and Alma Home Improvements vastly exceeded my expectations. Their renovation of my apartment's kitchen was above and beyond—from the communication to the quality of work. They went out of their way to choose attractive, modern cabinets and countertops so the kitchen looks fresh and beautiful. Demir was responsive and also kept me in the loop on timing.
