AJ and his team were amazing in helping me find and secure my new home when moving from out of state. He listened well and knew exactly what I was looking for. When we got to town to look at houses, he wasted no time and set up all my favorites in one day! And we stayed on schedule! We then resisted the top picks the next day. He was a buyers agent for a property that I rent. He let the buyers come in my house 20 min before the time they said they were coming and they didn't knock. Just walked in with no heads up that they were 20 min early. I had to go scramble and hide in my room with my dog while overhearing the buyers talking about "why is this room locked?" Maybe don't walk into my house early with no notice and not even knock. This home is still occupied and that's ethically unacceptable in the real estate world. Do better please
