Roof and skylight were in need of replacement after a large hail storm in 2018. The roof itself was done expeditiously in November. The gutters were done soon after but the configuration changed and damage to siding not rectified. The skylight over the bathroom was not done until mid-January. I needed a simple form filled out regarding the impact resistant shingles installed on a property. This form saves hundreds of dollars a year on the home owners insurance. After COUNTLESS calls and emails, I still do not have this form. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that a simple form can not be sent over after weeks of reaching out.
