I am writing to tell you how much I appreciate the compassion and help your employees gave me. My air conditioning had quit working on one of the hottest days and with your help it was repaired very fast.Thank you.
We have a new air conditioner and it still has warranty, but the service center doesn`t want to send a worker even to check the problem. They say if we want we can bring the air conditioner to them. So I had to call a HVAC professional. While I was checking yellow pages I found this one. It`s an unpleasant feeling to give your almost new purchase in the hands of some1 you don`t know. But I have to say that in just few hours the conditioner was working very well, like before. I recommend this professionalist!

Our A/C quit working the night before. My wife called the next morning and the technician was at our house a noon that same day. He was couteous, fast, and thorough in identifying the problem and explaining the relatively inexpensive solution to both me and my wife. He fixed it! We really appreciate individuals and companies like this.
