I toured this complex on Saturday and Natalie was my guide, she was so sweet and so understanding! When me and my fiancé arrived, another tenant was there for a move-in while we had a scheduled tour, and she was so professional in handling who she would tend to first. The original floor plan we wanted to see wasn't available but we still loved the concept of the other floorplan we were able to see, it gave us an idea what we would be living in. I do not recommend signing a lease at this apartment. I left in flee of my safety as a DV victim here, provided proof of the order to Olympus's legal team/management- I cleaned the apartment spotless, of course did not have time to fill small minor holes in the wall from TVs being hung due to being unable to stick around for safety reasons for my kids and I and was sent a bill for $400 for alleged "cleaning fees".
