This was not a good first experience of a manicure or pedicure. There were 5 of us booked in together this morning for a moment of peace before our wedding tomorrow, but this experience was anything but relaxing. We had no time at all when we arrived to even get our bearings or discuss what we were having done. I am very unhappy with my experience at Aivia. I had a 3 pm appointment and was kept waiting for 30 minutes. That is substandard customer service. The respectful thing to do would have been for the tech to tell me that I would have to wait a long time so I could reschedule. They should have communicated what was happening. Also, I came into the salon with all nails intact and not even lifted. I have had two refills, and three of my nails broke with the first refill and four of my nails broke with the second refill.
